The 2026 Forensic Journey – Stories, aims to bring students and professionals in the forensic field closer together,
creating a space for exchange and learning. The event will feature lectures by professionals who will
share their career paths and significant cases from forensic practice, helping participants
to have a more concrete vision of the profession. In general, the proposal is to encourage interest in the area, broaden knowledge about the possibilities of action, and promote integration between students and professionals.

Lecture themes: accounts of significant cases experienced throughout their careers, addressing practical experiences, challenges, and the routine of working in the forensic field, as well as the importance of expertise and scientific investigation in solving crimes.

Speakers:
* Rogério Araujo Lordeiro – Criminal Expert of the Civil Police of Minas Gerais, Master in Chemistry from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and professor working at the Civil Police Academy and the Military Police Academy of Minas Gerais, in addition to experience in municipal education in Belo Horizonte.
* Diogo Abdo Jorge – Civil Police Delegate of Minas Gerais, graduated in Law from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora, Master in Public Law from FUMEC, PhD candidate in Public Policy at the Federal University of Viçosa and university professor with experience in academic lectures. 
• Tallyson Giovani Martins Coutinho – Lawyer and tax attorney for the municipality of Viçosa/MG, Bachelor of Laws from the Federal University of Viçosa and postgraduate from Cândido Mendes University, with experience in the business and criminal areas, including experience before the Jury Court. 
• João Luiz Moreira de Oliveira – Federal Criminal Expert since 1995, with a degree in Law and Geology from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Master in Business Management from the Getulio Vargas Foundation and extensive experience in criminalistics, fire investigations, environment and technical investigation in the Federal Police.
