About the Workshop Facilitator:
Bianca Araújo – She has over two decades of experience in cultural management and arts entrepreneurship, working in both Brazil and Australia. Throughout her career—as both an independent professional and  the CEO of major cultural organizations—she has managed and produced over 100 artistic shows and projects. Her experience spans theater plays, musical concerts, dance performances, festivals, and educational programs, distinguished by her creativity and innovative management . In  teaching and research, she has been an educator for eight years, with experience in business, entrepreneurship, cultural studies, and the arts in Brazil and Australia. She has published book chapters and articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals and has presented numerous papers at academic conferences in various countries.

About the Workshop:
"Creative Ecosystems through the Lens of the Sensible" (*Ecossistemas Criativos pelo Sensível*) is a participatory workshop inviting professionals, artists, managers, researchers, students, and others involved in the arts, culture, and creative economy to reflect collectively on the creative ecosystems of their local territories. Centered on aesthetics, the session explores relationships among creative practices, territory, value creation, management, and governance, while valuing participants' knowledge and experience . Through collaborative reflection and mapping activities, the workshop creates a space to identify the characteristics, relationships, challenges, and possibilities of creative ecosystems based on local realities. The workshop is linked to a research project Dr. Bianca Araújo developed  during her sabbatical at the University of Melbourne. Any participation in the research or use of materials produced during the activity will be subject to relevant ethical approval and participant informed consent.
